  • 24x7 monitoring service for client as well as Nocme
  • Alerting, call support and troubleshooting of network devices and monitoring tools
  • Coordinate with the clients, internal team and the vendors
  • Work according to the ITIL incident management process
  • Perform monthly maintenance activities of the Network devices & Monitoring tools
